Price Match Promise
We aim to offer excellent value. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, send us the details and we will review it.
How to request a match
- Send the competitor product link and quoted total price.
- Include your required quantity, delivery postcode, and deadline.
- Share any quote reference/order basket details if available.
Eligible comparisons
- Identical product model/specification and condition.
- In stock with the competitor at time of review.
- Comparable delivery service, lead time, and warranty terms.
- Price includes all mandatory charges (delivery, handling, VAT where applicable).
Exclusions
- Clearance, liquidation, auction, marketplace-only, or private listings.
- Pricing errors, misprints, or time-limited voucher stacking.
- Non-like-for-like items, bundles, or unsupported third-party warranties.
- Custom projects where specifications differ materially.
Decision and validity
If approved, price matches are offered at our discretion and may be provided as a revised quote, a basket adjustment, or another equivalent commercial arrangement.
Approved matches are typically valid for [7 days] unless stated otherwise.
