Returns and replacements

If something is not right, we will work with you quickly to resolve it. Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

  • Request your return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Products must be in re-saleable condition.

Printed, customised, or made-to-order goods are generally non-returnable unless faulty or produced incorrectly.

Damaged or faulty items

  • Report transit damage within 24 hours with photos.
  • Report manufacturing faults within 30 days (or your product warranty period).
  • Do not install or use items you believe are defective before reporting.

How to return goods

  1. Contact our team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Returns Authorisation and return instructions.
  3. Pack goods securely and clearly mark the returns reference.
  4. Send using a tracked/insured service where appropriate.

Refunds and replacements

Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take up to [10 working days] to appear.
